How can Realtors use HPG contracts to help sell homes?

(HPG pays you a processing fee of $500.00 per completed applicant transaction.)

BUYERS BROKERS:

As a Buyer's Broker who advises clients on how to buy a home and make homeownership a positive experience, a Realtor® can let clients know about HPG contracts and the peace of mind they offer in a volatile and uncertain market.

As a Realtor you can provide a valuable service to your client and help the home buyer feel more secure about moving ahead with a major investment by eliminating the buyer's fear of an extreme decline in home value.

LISTING AGENT:

As a Listing Agent, a Realtor can help the seller to use an HPG contract as a listing tool to attract more buyers. In other words, by offering the HPG contract with the sale of the home, your seller eliminates a buyer’s fear of extreme downside risk in value and potentially attract more buyers to the listing.

In a competitive and uncertain real estate market, offering an HPG contract with the sale of their home gives your sellers an advantage over the competition and potentially opens up a whole new market for homes you are trying to sell.

By suggesting or including the HPG contract, Realtors may help home buyers to purchase a home with less worry about extreme downside resale price risk.
